Amber Gilgan

Amber is a Paralegal in our Travel, Tourism and Insurance department.

Amber deals with a varied caseload of Claimant work, particularly work relating to medical negligence. She deals with medical negligence claims that have occurred both outside of England and Wales and in England and Wales. Amber also assists with personal injury claims that arise out of accidents which occur abroad.

Amber's experience includes:

  • Dealing with foreign lawyers and developing relationships with these lawyers.
  • Having a good understanding of the test for clinical negligence and applying this test to cases and assisting clients who have been negatively impacted as a result of medical negligence.
  • Assisting with personal injury accidents such as road traffic accidents, skiing accidents and work place related accidents.
