Sue Evans


Sue joined the Dispute Resolution and Litigation team in 2002. With a strong commercial background, she has for some time concentrated on professional negligence disputes with a particular emphasis on more broad-based construction disputes, acting for both employers and contractors.

With over 10 years experience in dispute resolution and litigation she has extensive experience of all of the primary forms of dispute resolution and has represented clients in adjudications, pre-action protocol procedures through to proceedings concluding at trial, arbitration and mediation. In addition she regularly advises clients in relation to risk management issues and dispute avoidance.
