Sophie Emerson-McIntee


Sophie qualified as a Solicitor into the Housing & Regeneration department in April 2018 having completed her training contract at Trowers & Hamlins.

Sophie specialises in all aspects of planning, highways and compulsory purchase law. Sophie advises local authorities and developers on development and regeneration projects. Sophie also acts for developers, Registered Providers and local authorities on s106 agreements and deeds of variation to s106 agreements and advises developers and Registered Providers on stopping up and diverting public rights of way, carrying out works on common land and other infrastructure agreements.
