Claire Ezekwe


Claire is an experienced finance lawyer who has acted for borrower and lender clients in the public and private sectors on a range of financing transactions including acquisition and leveraged finance and general corporate finance with a particular focus on real estate and development finance.

Claire has acted for banks and borrowers including private investors, developers, asset managers and registered providers.

She has advised on the financing of market leading build to rent and PRS schemes across the UK, innovative hotel and residential complexes and significant mixed use developments in Central London; providing sound legal advice with a clear commercial focus to assist clients in delivering high value projects.

Claire is an active member of her firm's Diversity and Inclusion Committee and is a co-lead of the firm's Age and Ethnicity Network.
