Charlotte joined the firm in March 2021 from another leading practice. She specialises in providing advice in possession and dilapidation claims, injunctions, lease renewals, rent reviews and related contentious commercial property matters.
Charlotte acts for landlords and tenants, UK property companies with large portforlios, developers, corporate occuipers, management and right to manage companies, high net worth individuals, insurers and public sector clients.
