Tanya Chadha


Tanya specialises in complex high value international and national construction, engineering and infrastructure disputes. She also deals with certain regulatory matters including dealing with the HSE and Environment Agency.

Tanya acts for clients at all levels of the supply chain in the private sector including employers, developers, main contractors and specialist sub-contractors. She has extensive experience of advising public sector clients including Registered Providers, NHS Trusts and local authorities. Tanya advises clients on all aspects of the dispute resolution process including dispute avoidance, adjudication, litigation, arbitration, mediation and commercial negotiation.

Tanya has assisted and advised on various bilateral investment treaty matters against foreign states and often deals with other international disputes.

Tanya regularly delivers seminars and workshops for clients and other construction professionals and contributes to industry and legal publications.

Tanya is one of the few regionally based construction lawyers to have been selected to complete the Court Marshall scheme with Sir Vivian Ramsey at the Technology and Construction, London in 2014.
