Rubyn Campbell

Rubyn has over 3 years worth of experience as a paralegal within the Housing and Real Estate sectors.

He has extensive experience in acquisitions and disposals of freehold/leasehold titles, both residential and commercial alike, and has particular experience in working with Housing Associations and Societies on the disposal and acquisition of their shared ownership properties. In this he has managed his on caseload of transaction from instruction through to completion.

Rubyn also has experience in assisting with large portfolio charging transactions, and is very much accustomed to reviewing the standard searches required for said transactions, liaising with councils and foreign bodies for in-depth information, and providing the necessary comfort to lenders via disclosures on certificates of title.

Client focus is at the forefront of his ethics, and he will often provide clients with updates or reports to keep them well informed of the progress made on their transactions, adapting to meet the needs of the client where need be.
