Rebecca Cox


Rebecca has over twenty years' experience in property work and is a specialist agricultural property lawyer.

Rebecca works with farmers and landowners, primarily across the South West, but also nationally, assisting them in the sales and purchase of farmland, farms, and rural real estate.

She also deals with the charging of land and the transfer of hunting shooting and fishing rights, Rural Payment Agency payments and rural stewardship and grant schemes. Rebecca regularly makes farm visits and has a real interest and deep understanding or the rural community and issues affecting agriculture.

Rebecca has attained fellowship of the Agricultural Law Association and is a member of the CLA.
