Rebecca Cullen


Rebecca advises a wide range of clients including registered providers, public sector bodies, private landowners and developers.

Rebecca has experience in dealing with a range of property matters including development site acquisitions and disposals, overage, option agreements and stock rationalisations. She also has experience advising on planning matters including drafting and negotiating Section 106 agreements and conducting planning due diligence. Rebecca has extensive experience in purchasing properties that are subject to section 106 agreements, including by way of conditional agreements.

In addition, Rebecca has also gained experience working on more general property matters such as negotiating commercial leases, advising on landlord and tenant issues and on adverse possession claims and mining rights.
