Rachel Carter


Rachel is a Partner in Trowers Hamlins' Housing and Regeneration department within the Exeter office, which she joined in 2008.  

With 20 years of experience in the property sector, Rachel has predominantly acted for private residential developers which gives her a full understanding of the commercial arrangements when dealing with development issues.

Her previous experience also includes advising on purchases and disposals of development land for both green field and brown field sites.

Rachel is acknowledged as a leader in the field of Social Housing in Chambers and Partners Guide to the Legal Profession 2016.
