Jessica has almost 20 years' experience in the real estate sector, including 6 years' focusing on real estate finance work.
Jessica specialises in advising Registered Providers, investors and Real Estate Investment Trusts in relation to a wide range of complex and innovative funding and investment projects. She regularly advises on the security aspects of bond issues, private placements, bank funding and charging via a security trust. She frequently works on high value security transactions ranging from £10 million to £250 million for both regional and national clients.
Jessica has advised on market leading securitisation projects, providing innovative solutions in order to secure maximum valuation for real estate assets. She is frequently asked to advise Registered Providers on a wide range of funding and valuation issues, particularly in relation to providing solutions to valuation restrictions in planning agreements and mortgagee exclusion clauses.
Jessica also works for investors in relation to large scale portfolio acquisitions, sales and funding agreements. She frequently project manages large scale due diligence projects for investor clients and for stock rationalisation projects for Registered Providers.
Underpinning her real estate finance experience, Jessica also has over 10 years' experience in property development and asset management work, primarily for RPs and also for developers. She advises in relation to a broad spectrum of real estate development projects, including development acquisitions and disposal, consortium developments, joint venture arrangements, Section 106 and nomination agreements, transfers of engagement, option agreements, overage deeds and leasehold work. This depth of knowledge and experience provides Jessica with a strong insight into the real estate sector and enables her to provide practical, solutions focused advice to her clients.
