Anna Clark


Anna specialises in acting for public sector lenders including Homes England, Greater London Authority as well as local authorities.

She advises on complex infrastructure finance and development finance to assist in increasing housing supply across the UK. Anna has over twenty years' experience in housing finance, acting both for borrowers and for lenders, including term and syndicated loans, hedging arrangements and security.

Anna has a high level of understanding of the requirements of successful funding models for housing and regeneration projects and has been involved in advising clients about the structuring of many such projects. Anna has advised public authorities on standard funding documentation for a range of recoverable investment products, both debt and grant-based.

Anna is a voluntary board member and vice chair of SHP, a charity involved with the provision of housing-based and floating support to vulnerable client groups with a range of high-level needs.
