Emily Aggett


Emily is a Senior Associate in our Dispute Resolution and Litigation department.

She is an experienced litigator who has advised private and public sector clients based both nationally and internationally in relation to a wide range of contractual and commercial disputes, high court litigation and alternative dispute resolution.  Emily advises clients across a range of industries and sectors including manufacturing, care, aviation, insurance and professional service providers. Emily also has retail banking experience gained both in private practice and in-house with an international retail bank.

Emily is a member of the firm's Data Privacy and Information Law group and regularly provides the firm's clients with advice around data protection law and compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Fluent in French, Emily has worked and studied in France over a number of years, has a French law qualification and has spent time on secondment as a dispute resolution lawyer in Paris with a previous international law firm she worked for.
