Adelani Ayoola

Prior to joining the firm, Adelani trained and practiced as a commercial lawyer in an international UK law firm.

Adelani advises public and private sector clients on a variety of commercial matters with a particular focus on public infrastructure projects and high value goods and services contracts. Adelani also advises on a range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance and corporate governance.

Adelani has acted on matters covering a number of key sectors including aviation, public services, construction, IT and TMT.
