Top 40 law firm Trowers & Hamlins has advised Inflexion Private Equity on its investment in European LifeCare Group, Europe's largest provider of vaccinations.
A team led by partners Tim Nye and Alison Chivers, assisted by Jenny Ireland, advised Inflexion on the acquisition, the management incentive package, as well as the deal structuring which included advice on the implementation of an Offer under Danish law – a requirement of the large underlying shareholder base.
