International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has welcomed Senior Associate Tom Sampford to its travel and insurance team in Exeter.
Tom re-joins the firm from DAC Beachcroft, having originally completed his training contract at Stones, before the Stones' merger with Trowers in 2015.
Tom has experience dealing with tourism, hospitality and travel claims, and in handling international litigation matters. He has also gained a wide range of experience advising both claimants and defendants in personal injury matters, including particular expertise in the health sector, having previously represented numerous NHS Trusts. Tom advised on a number of claims in the health sector, including matters relating to birth injuries, spinal injuries and mental health treatment.
