The last few years has been a catalyst to enormous change in the workplace. Employee and stakeholder expectations are high. We're proud to be speaking alongside James Gill of LinkedIn looking at how employers can embrace change and become Employers of the Future.
We'll be looking at some of the challenges of such an age diverse workforce, the effect of hybrid working and how to be inclusive, successful and responsible Employers. We'll consider some of the new obligations on employers to embrace inclusion and not diversity, ESG obligations and the need to embrace technology and modern methods of working.
