How can we help you?

As part of our TrowersIncludes programme we are bringing together leaders and rising stars from the sector to share ideas on how we can reduce the barriers to entry and improve the sector itself.

Our next event in this series will explore how the sector can nurture and learn from multi-generational workforces.

The next generation of leaders coming into our businesses will be key to supporting and leading the charge on issues such as sustainability, adopting new tech solutions, further embracing diversity and engaging with different ways of working.

The future of property will be defined by the sector‘s ability to attract, teach and nurture a more diverse pool of talent from all parts of society. In order for the sector to continue to adapt and grow, generational trends and what we can learn from those across the generations in business and real estate become crucial.

To introduce the event, we will hear from a panel of industry speakers to share their views and ideas on how we can learn from multi-generational workforces and foster them for the future. We will then be facilitating smaller discussions where participants can share their views.

Our panellists include:

  •  James Scott, Co-Founder, Stories
  • Kate Ives, Director of Strategic Growth, Wates Residential
  • Stuart Maclure, Project Manager, Long Live Southbank
  • Axel Boutroll, Managing Director, Linkcity
