We advise Councils, central Government and many other public sector bodies on a range of PFI/PPP, regeneration and Strategic Service Partnership transactions. We also advise contractors and funders working with the public sector. As a firm we have more lawyers rated as experts by guides to the legal profession in public sector transactions than any other.
Several lawyers have senior in-house local government experience and therefore understand the sensitivities facing public sector colleagues and the effect they can have on decision making.
We have partnering agreements with a number of major local authorities. We are committed to capacity building in the public sector and sponsor the SLG Young Solicitor of the Year award.
