Our team has considerable experience of the procurement rules, including the EU directives, UK regulations and supplementary EU and UK case law.
We have successfully completed a number of procurements using the competitive dialogue procedure and are aware of the legal and practical issues which need to be addressed in such procurements. We have assisted public and private sector clients in structuring such procurements in a manner which meets their commercial requirements.
We have established close working relationships with external organisations including the Commission, OGC and DTI which assist in our team being able to provide clear advice and assist our clients not only in dealing with issues when they arise but also restructuring transactions to avoid potential breach of the procurement rules.
