BSF/LEA education partnerships
We advise local authorities, contractors, funders and school governing bodies on BSF and education projects.
Our experience includes innovative, Pathfinder and award-winning school and education projects covering community, VA, VC, foundation, parent promoter, independent and trust schools as well as Academies.
We act as a one-stop shop for clients in the education sector, providing advice across the range of legal disciplines required to close education projects successfully. We have conducted over fifty competitive dialogue procedures and closed over 100 PPPs.
We are accredited members of the Partnerships for Schools legal advisers panel. We are also recommended by the independent Legal 500 and Chambers Guides as experts in projects, local government, construction and partnering.
