Private charitable foundations
We act for a number of private grant-making charities, both large and small and for a variety of causes. We handle the day to day management of charitable organisations, attending trustee meetings and advising on the legislation and accounting standards affecting charity trustees, as required.
We can help you set up a charity, and will advise you on the most suitable vehicle - whether corporate or trust based - and provide all the necessary documentation for getting the charity up and running - including liaising with the Charity Commission on your behalf.
