Trust & estate administration
We deal with the day-to-day administration of a large number of trusts, including charitable trusts, and also handle the administration of estates. This involves applying for a Grant of Probate or letters of administration, dealing with payment of Inheritance Tax and distributing the assets in accordance with the terms of the deceased's Will or Intestacy.
We are particularly experienced in dealing with tax regimes and inheritance laws of other jurisdictions and are frequently involved in the administration of international estates holding assets in multiple jurisdictions.
