We advise high net worth individuals and their families on complex domestic and international estate planning. This will involve advice on the creation of asset-holding structures, trusts and companies which may be based in offshore financial centres.
The aim is to ensure the effective transfer of your family's wealth and businesses to successive generations in accordance with the your wishes, taking into account the application of any other laws that may apply (e.g. Sharia succession rules).
We try to give practical advice, identifying possible areas of conflict and trying to resolve family disputes.
