Comprehensive knowledge in the field of education projects

Education in the UK has gone through an unprecedented period of transformation whether through capital programmes such as the Priority School Building Programme (the new programme replacing Building Schools for the Future) or the introduction of the free schools initiative and the Academies Act.

The Trowers & Hamlins education group has advised on legacy BSF, academies (including the implications of PFI schools converting to academies), education PPPs, higher and further education projects and are currently assisting public sector clients who are involved in the application process for the Priority School Building Programme.

Successful projects require experience and specialist knowledge to understand the issues that can arise as well as the implications for the public and private sector partners often entering into a long term contractual relationships.

The education group brings together the diverse specialist knowledge to provide the pragmatic and innovative advice needed to deliver education projects on time and to budget.  We help our clients to achieve their strategic educational aims, approaching each project with a sensitivity to stakeholder concerns and issues.
