Employment advice is essential to the smooth running of your organisation.  As we act for a large number of social housing clients we are used to providing advice daily on Schedule 1 issues and relevant regulatory issues, including termination payments, settlement payments, special determinations and 9th exemption payments.  We enjoy a close relationship with our clients and our knowledge of their business enables us to provide them with a service which is tailored to their needs.

We are recognised leaders in advising on public to private sector transfers and the employment implications of such transfers, and advise regularly on TUPE and secondment, group structures and public/private partnerships.  We frequently advise on a whole range of employment issues including HR strategies including redundancies and restructures and termination. 

Tribunals and dispute resolution form part of our everyday workload.  We advise on all aspects of a tribunal complaint, which can include allegations of unfair dismissal and/or discrimination on various grounds, and provide practical guidance for avoiding such complaints in future.

We provide bespoke in-house training for managers and relevant staff, as well as tailored seminars on specific employment topics, and send our clients regular bulletins, and a monthly email briefing hrlaw@trowers.
