Over one million homes in England are now managed by ALMOs. Having been involved in the creation of the very first ALMOs, and the majority of new ALMOs since then, we have unparalleled experience in working with local authorities which have set up ALMOs and also in advising ALMOs themselves.
As the first ALMOs reach the first break clause in their management agreements with their local authorities, and as the Decent Homes Standards are successfully being reached by ALMOs, we are at the forefront of the debate on the future role of ALMOs.
