Tribunals and dispute resolution
We deal with tribunal claims on a regular basis, including appeals to the EAT and Court of Appeal, and so have the breadth and depth of experience to deal with your claims.
We advise on all aspects of a tribunal complaint, which can include allegations of unfair dismissal and/or discrimination on various grounds. We take charge of the conduct of the claim, drafting all the necessary documentation, advising on the merits of the claim, and meeting with witnesses to ensure that they are prepared for the tribunal hearing. We are always ready to discuss the details of the claim and to provide you with practical guidance for avoiding such claims in future.
If the case proceeds to a hearing, we represent our clients at the Tribunal, or instruct counsel as agreed. We offer guidance on how to minimise risk against the Claimant's potential award and advise on settlement, whether through ACAS or by way of a compromise agreement between the parties.
