We are recognised leaders in advising on public to private transfers and the employment implications of such transfers. We advise regularly on all aspects of TUPE, statutory consultation obligations with individual staff and employee representatives and the setting up of administrative processes at the end of the restructure. We also provide advice to our clients on outsourcing arrangements, contracting out and mergers. We advise regularly on collective issues such as relations with unions, collective bargaining, the interpretation of contracts containing collective provisions, and the drafting of collective and workforce agreements. We work with Government guidance on transfers on a daily basis.
