Advisory
We provide our clients with a comprehensive and individualised service. We place a premium on gaining an in-depth knowledge of the way in which you run your business so that we can provide you with the advice you need.
You might consult us on disciplinary or grievance issues; redundancies and restructures; compromise agreements and severance agreements; on collective issues including workforce consultation; negotiation with unions; contracts of employment and benefits; TUPE and secondment; drafting policies and procedures on subjects including diversity and equality, privacy and severance.
We know that clients value a speedy response and we work to performance standards requiring advice to be provided within strict turnaround times, be it on the telephone, by email, in person, or in writing.
Tribunals and dispute resolution form part of our everyday workload. We advise on all aspects of a tribunal complaint, which can include allegations of unfair dismissal and/or discrimination, and provide practical guidance for avoiding such claims in future.
As we act for a large number of social housing clients we provide advice daily on Schedule 1 issues and relevant regulatory issues, including termination payments, settlement payments, special determinations and 9th and 10th exemption payments.
