Our mergers and acquisitions team advises on a diverse range of corporate transactions: from complex, global, cross border deals for multi-national corporations to sales and disposals of owner managed businesses for private individuals. In all the work we do, we pride ourselves on using small, partner led, transaction focussed teams in order to deliver the highest standards in transaction management and client service.
Over the last 12 months we have advised on a number of high profile transactions many of which have had values in excess of £500 million. These transactions include a number of deals in the hotel, leisure and healthcare sectors where we have a significant track record. In addition, many of the deals we have advised on recently have been cross border transactions often involving advising on UK acquisition structures for Middle Eastern clients.
The corporate transactions team is made up of a number of M&A specialists who offer a unique blend of technical legal expertise and commercial acumen. In addition, the M&A team is supported by dedicated specialists from other departments within the firm including acquisition finance, tax, pensions, employment, information technology, intellectual property and real estate.
Our industry focus groups also allow us to offer sector specific services in the healthcare, hotels and leisure, logistics and construction industries where we have a number of key clients.
