Our PFI/PPP team can advise you on managing projects from bidding issues through to financial close where we aim to provide a commercial view rather than simply a legal interpretation.
We also have considerable experience in advising the public and private sector across the health and housing sectors on construction and FM issues where PFI/PPP procurement is being utilised.
We can advise on Subcontractorr and supply chain contracts within the PFI process, in particular on the key issue of risk transfer, and on the interface issues between subcontracts.
