Yvette is a solicitor in Trowers & Hamlins' Commercial Property department. Yvette has a range of commercial real estate experience including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant transactions and property aspects of corporate transactions and deals primarily with office, retail and industrial premises and hotels.
Yvette leads teams in a wide range of secured lending transactions acting for banks in relation to individual properties and portfolios in the context of both new acquisitions and refinancing of existing debt. Yvette's clients include institutional investors, property funds, banks, overseas investors, property companies and developers. Yvette is a member of Women in Property.
