Trowers & Hamlins

Vijay is a partner and construction lawyer in Trowers & Hamlins' Construction Dispute Avoidance and Resolution (DART) team which he joined in June 2008 from Pinsent Masons, and where he was their Birmingham Head of Construction. He has experience in dealing with construction and engineering disputes of varying sizes and complexity, both in arbitration proceedings and those in the TCC. He undertakes a diverse range of work, including advisory, dispute avoidance and contractual interpretation. Further, his expertise extends to all forms of ADR processes to include mediation and expert determination. Vijay's experience includes advising in relation to large international infrastructure projects, including numerous airport, road, harbour and wind farm schemes.
