Susannah Davis
Susannah is a partner in the Projects & Construction department. Susannah specialises in UK construction and engineering law in which she has extensive experience advising a range of clients eg developers, investment purchasers, consultants and project teams across a variety of building and infrastructure projects. She has considerable experience of advising local authorities and housing associations particularly in relation to schemes with private developers. She is respected for both her technical ability and her focus on commercial issues and the outcomes her clients want to achieve. She has particular expertise in negotiating and drafting building contracts, professional appointments, development agreements and all ancillary documents as well as framework agreements.
