Scott Dorling
Scott is a partner within the Public Sector Department specialising in housing stock options and local authority outsourcing projects. He has advised numerous local authorities in England and Wales on stock transfer and regeneration projects. Scott is a specialist in Arms Length Management Organisations, having advised local authorities and ALMOs in all of the funding rounds. In addition to his work in the housing field, Scott has also advised local authorities on Public Private Partnerships including those relating to leisure and related activities, transfer of facilities to charitable and non-charitable organisations and has advised extensively on local authority vires issues.
