Sallie Bowtell
Sallie Bowtell recently joined our Bahrain office as an Australian lawyer specializing in Real Estate. She has considerable experience in a broad range of real estate transactions having worked largely for publicly listed companies and their subsidiaries in the sales and acquisitions of land and built properties, commercial and retail leasing and agreements for lease in various jurisdictions and has worked on a number of other developments. She also has experience in major projects having recently acted on an AUD$25bn takeover bid, conducting and advising with a team of specialists on the property due diligence aspect of the transaction. Since moving to Bahrain in July 2007, she has acted on (and continues to act) on many of the biggest and most prestigious developments taking place in Bahrain, including Riffa Views, Bahrain World Trade Center and Bahrain Bay.
