Saleem Adam
Saleem qualified as a solicitor in September 2000 and has extensive private practice and in-house experience in technology, telecoms and corporate matters. He has previously worked at the London offices of law firms DLA Piper and Osborne Clarke. He has an MSc in IT and has been working with IT companies, banks and telecoms companies throughout his career on various deals, including multi-million pound outsourcing matters with the likes of BT and Barclays Bank. He has recently returned from a secondment with Nawras, Oman's second mobile operator, where he advised the management and the board on all aspects of regulatory, commercial and corporate matters. Saleem also advises foreign clients on corporate matters relating to JVs and M&A deals in the region.
