Ross Barfoot
Ross is a UK qualified solicitor in Trowers & Hamlins' International department and is based in the firm's Abu Dhabi office. Ross advises corporates, management teams, and shareholders on a range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, buyouts, buy-ins, private equity work, joint ventures, corporate re-organisations (including pre-IPO restructurings), and IPOs. Ross also provides advice on all aspects of local law and conducting business in the UAE.
