Rosemary works primarily for charities, social enterprises, housing associations, voluntary and public sector bodies. Her wealth of experience includes property acquisition and development, including PFI projects, relating to key worker and student accommodation, nursing and care homes, joint ventures and security work; nomination agreements, leases, tenancies, supported housing, constitutional advice and management schemes. Rosemary is Head of the Trowers and Hamlins Care Group.
