Trowers & Hamlins

Roger joined Trowers & Hamlins Oman office in 2008.  Roger specialises in banking and finance and corporate law. Roger spent a number of years at Australian Law Firm Clayton Utz, where he was a partner.  In 2002 Roger joined a listed investment company with offices in New York and Australia conducting private equity investments and corporate advisory services for clients conducting M&A, private equity and equity capital markets transactions.
