Rob advises on a range of public and voluntary sector matters with particular focus on local authority housing (advising on housing transfers, arms length management organisations and other housing strategies) and registered social landlord governance issues (including mergers and group structures).
His experience includes work on a number of successful housing transfers, including several of the largest projects to date in Wakefield, Bradford and Walsall. He has also advised on a number of high profile mergers and restructures of registered social landlords.
