Peter Greatrex
Peter is a solicitor based in our Bahrain Office, which he joined from our Housing Projects Department in January 2008, and is a member of our Middle East Real Estate team. Peter has experience in all aspects in all acquisition and disposals in both freehold and leasehold property including development sites, a range of Landlord and Tenant matters, drafting and negotiating collaboration agreements in respect of joint developments of sites and charging large portfolios of residential property.
Since arriving in Bahrain, Peter has advised on Diyar Al Muharraq, Durrat Al Bahrain, Amwaj Islands, Bahrain Bay, Reef Island and Riffa Views and has developed documentation for Durrat Marina and other projects. Peter is currently advising Bahrain Airport Company on the commercial contracts at Bahrain International Airport.
Peter was listed in the 2009 Global Edition of Chambers and Partners as an "up and coming lawyer". Clients noted that he was a "great lawyer to have on your side" and that "he often exceeds expectations".
