Paul Bartter
Paul is a solicitor in Trowers & Hamlins' Projects and Construction department which he joined in March 2007 from Norton Rose. Paul has non-contentious construction experience covering the following areas where he has acted predominately for the private sector: healthcare; education; social housing; waste management; infrastructure (including roads, bridges and ports); property and city centre redevelopments; and the PFI secondary market. Paul specialises in large scale infrastructure PFIs and has also been involved in a number of commercial developments advising both developers and funders. His experience includes negotiating and drafting a variety of construction documents including building and operating contracts, professional appointments, warranties, bonds and guarantees and many associated transactional documents.
