Olivia Carter
Olivia is a solicitor in Trowers & Hamlins' Dispute Resolution & Litigation department which she joined in October 2005 having completed her training contract with Trowers & Hamlins.
Prior to joining the Dispute Resolution & Litigation department, Olivia spent time in the Trowers & Hamlins' Oman office working on commercial litigation and general commercial matters. In the London office, Olivia has gained experience in the corporate department and the public sector department.
Olivia qualified into the Dispute Resolution & Litigation department in October 2005. She has had a broad range of commercial litigation experience at County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal level relating to general commercial and public law matters including judicial review, contractual disputes, debt recovery, personal and corporate insolvency, professional negligence, partnership disputes and construction disputes. Olivia also has experience of alternative dispute resolution processes including mediation, adjudication and arbitration.
