Mukhtar Karim
Mukhtar Karim is a solicitor in Trowers & Hamlins' Commercial Property department which he joined in 2007 from Charles Russell LLP. Mukhtar qualified in 2002.
Mukhtar has significant experience of areas of commercial property , including landlord and tenant law, sale and leaseback, property aspects of corporate acquisitions, buying and selling investment properties, and dealing with subsequent leasing and management work and has advised major mobile telecommunications operators on landlord and tenant issues and is familiar with the operators rights under the Telecommunications Act 1984 (as amended by the Communications Act 2003).
