Matthew Coleman
Matthew is a solicitor in Trowers & Hamlins' Projects & Construction department, which he joined in October 2005. Matthew has experience in all areas of non-contentious construction law and advises both the public and private sector on a wide variety of construction issues and has substantial experience on major Arabian Gulf projects.
He has experience of all major types of standard building contracts (including the international standard FIDIC) and has drafted standard sets of construction contracts for private sector clients. His experience includes drafting and negotiating partnering contracts (PPC2000, TPC2005 and PPC International), standard building contract amendments, material and equipment supply contracts, strategic alliancing agreements, framework agreements, development agreements and professional appointments.
Matthew also advises public sector clients on EU Procurement issues and capital investment programmes.
