Lynn Aglionby
Lynn is a Consultant in the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. She leads the Care Group and has wide ranging experience of representing clients in court proceedings including inquests and alternative forms of dispute resolution. Lynn is the lead partner who advises private and public sector clients on information governance, data protection, freedom of information and the duty of confidentiality. She also regularly advises on regulatory matters including health and safety, care standards, consumer credit, alcohol and gambling licensing. Lynn is a regular speaker on a variety of care and information law topics. Lynn is acknowledged as a Legal Expert and a Leader in the field of Clinical Negligence in the both Legal Business: Legal Experts directory 2011 and Chambers and Partners' Guide to the Legal Profession 2013.
