Lynn Aglionby
Lynn is a Partner of the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. She is a member of the Care Group and has wide ranging experience of representing clients in court proceedings including inquests and alternative forms of dispute resolution. Lynn is the lead partner who advises private and public sector clients on information management, data protection act, the freedom of information act and the duty of confidentiality. She also regularly advises on regulatory matters including care standards, consumer credit, alcohol and gambling licensing. Lynn is a regular speaker on a variety of care and information management topics. Lynn is acknowledged as a Legal Expert and a Leader in the field of Clinical Negligence in both the Legal Business: Legal Experts directory and Chambers and Partners' Guide to the Legal Profession.
