Leroy Levy
Leroy is a Partner in Trowers & Hamlins' Dubai office. Leroy specialises in project finance and is head of the firm's Saudi Practice. He has advised on a number of very substantial infrastructure projects, including petrochemicals, power and water, transport and telecoms. Transactions include the Shuaibah III IWPP, the Shuqaiq II IWPP, the Mobily 2nd GSM license, the US$8 billion Knowledge Economic City and the multi-billion dollar King Abdullah Economic City. There is a strong Islamic finance element to Leroy's work, including advising on the US$1 billion Prophet's Mosque Murabaha financing.
Leroy is acknowledged as a Leader in the field of Banking and Finance and Projects and Energy: Middle East in Global Chambers and Partners' Guide to the Legal Profession 2007.
